Why isn't my sleep data showing?
Dusk reads sleep data from Apple Health. Make sure your sleep tracking app (or Apple's own Sleep app) is writing data to Health, and that you've granted Dusk permission to read sleep data. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Dusk and enable all sleep categories.
Why aren't my steps showing?
Steps are pulled from Apple Health. Ensure your iPhone or Apple Watch is writing step data to Health, and that Dusk has permission to read it. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Dusk and enable Steps and Walking + Running Distance.
Why aren't my calendar events appearing?
Dusk needs Calendar access to show your day's events. Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Calendars → Dusk and set it to Full Access.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Dusk, go to Settings, and tap Restore purchases at the bottom of the Premium section. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone to cancel or manage your Dusk subscription.
Does Dusk send my data anywhere?
No. All data is processed on your device and never uploaded to a server. See our
Privacy Policy for full details.
Will Dusk work without granting all permissions?
Dusk works with whatever permissions you grant, but some cards may show empty or limited data. For the best experience, allow access to Health, Calendar, and Location.
