The short version: Dusk processes all your data on-device. Nothing you share with Dusk is uploaded to a server or shared with third parties.

What data Dusk accesses

Dusk requests access to the following data sources on your device, solely to generate your daily summary:

How your data is used

All data is read locally on your device and used exclusively to display your daily summary cards. Dusk does not:

HealthKit

Dusk uses HealthKit to read sleep, step, and activity data. In accordance with Apple's guidelines, this data is never used for advertising, never shared with third parties, and never uploaded off-device. You can revoke Dusk's HealthKit access at any time via the Health app on your iPhone.

In-app purchases

Dusk offers optional premium subscriptions. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Dusk does not collect or store any payment information.

Data retention

Dusk stores a local cache of your daily summaries in the app's private container on your device. This data is deleted when you delete the app. It is included in your iCloud backups if you have iCloud backup enabled for the app.

Children

Dusk is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect it. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
